New Build After Fire Damage

Leominster, MA. – Complete rebuild of a two-family home due to fire damage. Removed existing home and built new. This was a brand-new two-family build from the ground up including a new foundation. We started with just an empty lot and delivered a complete home valued at $380,000 compared to the original $120,000 estimate. Each unit has modern kitchens, bathrooms, and open layouts with energy-efficient systems. A perfect example of Varano Build and Restoration’s ability to handle multi-family new construction.

Complete Fire Renovation

Fitchburg, MA – We took on another single-family home destroyed by fire. The insurance company wanted to pay only $41,000 but the real cost to do it right was $216,000. We dealt with the insurance company and got the home owner the $216,000 they deserved (not the original $41k). We rebuilt everything from the ground up: new kitchen, bathrooms, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. The before-and-after visuals here are powerful — from fire damage to a fully restored home!

Complete Fire Renovation

Fitchburg, MA – This was a full single-family home renovation after a devastating fire. The insurance company originally offered just $60,000, but we fought and secured $280,000 to get this family a proper rebuild. Everything is brand new — kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, heating system, plumbing, and electrical. Four-Unit Expansion

Lancaster, MA – This was a massive multi-family project. We took an old three-family building and added a 100-foot addition, turning it into four large units. This was a $1 million-plus renovation. The result: a completely transformed property, upgraded systems, and modern spacious apartments. This project shows how we maximize value and expand housing capacity.
